Scrum Training
All of the scrum courses on this page are orientated towards the Scrum framework and its application. The courses below including the Introduction to Scrum Mastery for preparations as a certified scrum master’s follow the Scrum.org syllabuses. This provides the student with the knowledge and skills to sit the relevant Scrum.org exam.
Official Scrum.org courses will include an exam password in the cost of the course. Any course that is not an official course, the students will be required to organise an exam directly with Scrum.org.

The Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is a 2-day, cutting-edge course. It is intended for Product Owners, Agile product managers and anyone responsible for a software product’s success in the market.
In this 2-day course students are provided with a clear path to move forward in their Product Owner journey. Through an exploration of the different stances a Product Owner, you will learn about the various types of stakeholders that Product Owners represent and how to best work with them.

We promote the Applying Professional Scrum course as preparation for the Professional Scrum Master level I (PSM I) scrum certification. APS is a hands-on course that provides the foundational knowledge needed to work with Scrum in a highly practical way. The course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises.
Applying Professional Scrum for Software Development (APS-SD) is a 3-day hands-on course where students experience how to deliver quality software using Scrum with Agile and DevOps practices. Students work in Scrum Teams over a series of Sprints, creating code on a realistic software system to learn Scrum while using Scrum.
